  • What is the maximum I am entitled to receive in disability benefits from ICBC?
  • If you meet the restrictive conditions of ICBC's Accident Benefits policy, you are entitled to a maximum of only $1,300 per month unless you purchased extended coverage before your collision. You are entitled to less than $1,300 per month if your gross income averaged less than $1,733 per month during the 12 months before the collision. In this case, you would be entitled to only 75% of your average gross earnings during the 12 months before the collision. This amount is very low - the only saving grace is that you do not have to pay income tax on these disability benefits.
