Dr. Sovio
Dr. Hawk
Dr. Favero
Dr. Maloon
Dr. Hepburn
Dr. McPherson
Dr. Dommisse
Dr. Ritchie
Dr. Boyle
Dr. Arthurs

Dr. Piper
Dr. Bishop

ICBC frequently uses only three psychiatrists (in this order):

Dr. Davis
Dr. Vallance
Dr. O’Shaughnessy

ICBC frequently uses only one specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine—Dr. Reebye, and only one neurologist—Dr. Tessler.

ICBC also frequently uses Dr. Paul Bishop, a physician with the Back Pain Clinic at Vancouver General Hospital ($321,137.).

ICBC uses a small group of doctors all the time. This allows experienced and specialized lawyer for injured people to learn a great deal over time about the strengths and weaknesses of these doctors including how they hold up in court. For example, one medical specialist ICBC uses a great deal writes reports which do not usually acknowledge that the person he examined has much of a problem. In court, however, this doctor is very agreeable during cross examination to suggestions from the lawyer for the injured person that the person is legitimately suffering from a lot of pain even though he did not find much on examination.
