Q: Must I sign an authorization to release employment records?

A: You are not in breach of your accident benefits claim with ICBC if you do not sign or if you revoke this consent. You may obtain wage loss information yourself from your employer and provide it to ICBC. This will allow ICBC to pay you disability benefits and an advance on your final settlement or court award.
